Quadrum Global announced it has hired three senior living industry professionals to join Amavida, a new resort-style living community under construction in Fort Myers. Morgan Clayman, Rebecca French and Tami Miller join the company as lifestyle director, sales counselor and sales and marketing director respectively. Collectively they have more than 25 years of experience working in the senior living industry.
As lifestyle director, Clayman will oversee the planning and implementation of programs, activities, and other events that enrich the lives of residents, as well as manage the lifestyle team including volunteers. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in sociology from Furman University in South Carolina. Prior to joining Amavida, Clayman held lifestyle management positions for two other senior living communities. Outside of work she enjoys reading, baking, playing the guitar, and spending time with her family.
A Fort Myers native, French will act as a sales counselor where she will be responsible for generating leads, improving on occupancy levels and revenue production, as well as conducting outreach programs. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Florida Gulf Coast University. Prior to joining Amavida, French spent two years as a Move-In Coordinator for another senior living community.
As sales and marketing director, Miller will develop and lead a team of sales professionals, oversee the development and execution of marketing plans, as well as focus on strategic opportunities to increase occupancy. She brings with her 15-plus years of industry experience. Most recently, she worked as a Sales Manager for another local senior living community.
