Campo Felice name O’Sullivan as executive director

Campo Felice, an active resort-style community for adults aged 55 and older, located in downtown Fort Myers, announced Tara E. O’Sullivan will serve as their Executive Director.

O’Sullivan offers more than 30 years of experience in development and operations of upscale independent senior housing, assisted living and retirement communities. She was also responsible for successfully developing and managing several start-ups and existing operations for communities across the country. She most recently served as executive director for Discovery Senior Living in Fort Myers, after moving from Catonsville, Maryland, where she was the vice president of Operations for Erickson Living.

O’Sullivan is excited to join the team at Campo Felice, and she’ll work to provide excellent services and amenities to residents at the active resort-style community located on the Fort Myers Yacht Basin Marina. She’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of all operations of Campo Felice including leasing, maintenance and housekeeping, activities, security, transportation, spa and salon, dining services, and concierge and valet services.

She attended the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and Dowling College, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. She’s also a licensed Assisted Living Facility Administrator through the State of Florida Agency for Health Care Administration.
