Conditioned Air Company of Naples, LLC announced several key staff appointments in the firm’s northern region, serving Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties. These appointments are aimed at accommodating the company’s future growth and service capabilities in these strategic markets along Florida’s southwestern coast.
Conditioned Air, headquartered in Naples, expanded into Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties in June 2011, mostly to serve existing clients in those markets. The company has since experienced tremendous growth, boosting its total local employment to nearly 45 people. Last year alone, the company saw sales growth of 21 to 22 percent.
“We are proud of our growth in these markets and anticipate further expansion in the area,” said Theo Etzel, III, CEO for Conditioned Air. “Future growth will come organically from serving new and existing clients as well as potential acquisitions of other air conditioning and heating companies which share a similar corporate culture.”
Among the key Conditioned Air staff appointments for the northern region are:
Mark Black has been promoted to General Manager for the Northern Division. In this role, he oversees the service department, replacement department and production housing department while developing the new construction department. Black joined Conditioned Air in January 2012 as an Estimator and was later promoted to Estimating Manager. A native of Montgomery County, Md., he has more than 25 years of industry experience.
Tim Reynolds has been appointed as Comfort Specialist. Originally from Connecticut, Reynolds served in the U.S. Navy’s Seabees where he learned his trade in HVAC industries. He later attended the Sarasota Vocational Technical two-year HVAC program and became a Service Technician. He joined Conditioned Air earlier this year.
Charlie Erritt has been named as Commercial Estimator. Based in the company’s Sarasota office, he is responsible for estimating new construction projects in the area. A native of Davenport, Iowa, Erritt spent four years in the U.S. Army Field Artillery unit at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, before starting his career in the sheet metal HVAC trade. Erritt joined Conditioned Air in 2015, estimating new projects in the Naples-Fort Myers area.
