The Southwest Florida CCIM District will hold this month’s Marketing Meeting on Wednesday, April 19th from 4:45 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The featured speaker is Edward W. (Ned) Hale, Esq. who is the owner of Hale Law Group, P.A. He is a board certified real estate attorney and 15-year real estate contract instructor and he will enlighten us by going over some recent commercial real estate case law, give us some pointers on effective real estate sales contract drafting, and, most importantly, counsel us on how to keep us and our clients out of lawsuits.
