The Southwest Florida Regional Technology Partnership invites area business and technology professionals to join us on Thursday, December 13th, at 5:30 p.m for a networking event and a talk by Greg Gardella of the Gardella Grace law firm.

Greg has handled some of the highest stakes post-grant matters ever adjudicated by the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has regularly served as lead counsel for both challengers and patent owners in matters having stakes running into the billions of dollars.

For instance, he successfully defended the famous TiVo DVR patent which thereafter generated well over one billion dollars in licensing revenue.

Please see his biography page on his firm’s site, here: There’s much more you’ll want to learn about his background before his talk, for instance, his dual degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and work work in fields as diverse as biotech and semiconductor fabrication.

Please join us as Mr. Gardella speaks with us about protecting inventions, intellectual property, and trademarks.

We hope to see you there!

Thank you to our host location The Naples Accelerator, Naples.
