Tampa – “Understanding Cap Tables” Half-Day Workshop

The Florida Venture Education Foundation and the Angel Resource Institute are collaborating to bring you the afternoon “Understanding Cap Tables” Half-Day Workshop, taught by the ARI’s lead instructor, Troy Knauss on May 17, 2018, from 1:30 P.M. – 5:30 P.M. at the Westshore Grand in Tampa, Florida.

Cap tables have very important implications for raising funds and returns to investors and founders. Understanding Cap Tables helps attendees wade through the confusion in a half-day, case-study focused workshop. Attendees will walk away having practiced the math involved in cap tables and what to do in many different scenarios, making them better prepared for reading or helping create/modify cap tables in the future. Learning materials to be provided digitally, so be sure to bring a laptop or iPad to class.

Workshop Fees: In combination with the following full-day event: 2018 Early Stage Capital Conference the add-on registration fee is $35.00 per person for pre-registered attendees. The standalone registration fee is $65.00 for non-registered Early Stage Conference attendees. Please Note: You must be pre-registered for the 2018 Florida Early Stage Capital Conference in order to take advantage of the $35.00 add-on rate.
