In September 2016, Kinetico Water Systems of SWFL expanded into the 6,600-square-foot showroom and warehouse after investing almost $1 million purchasing and rehabilitating the vacant, bank foreclosed building.
Company owners Gary Spiert and Dan Roosa, have worked together for more than 30 years. Roosa says, “this investment to expand in Bonita Springs lays the foundation for hiring additional workers, and creates operational efficiencies in our larger warehouse area for our team to pre-assemble water systems and stage them for installation.”
The additional space accommodates a product line expansion in conjunction with the creation of new jobs and investment in additional company service vehicles. Also, both prospective and existing customers will benefit from experiencing more showroom product stations and convenient access to the supplies they need. Kinetico Water Systems is opening their doors for customers to stop in and see their authorized independent dealers’ new space, and take advantage of their monthly special.
“Our team is proud to be a part of the business growth trend occurring within downtown Bonita Springs and the immediate surrounding area including the recently opened performing arts center, the upcoming public library and new residential projects within the revitalized historic district.”
