Healthcare Network of Southwest Florida Announces Promotions of Raznoff and Steele

Healthcare Network of Southwest Florida, a nonprofit organization working to ensure primary medical care is accessible to everyone in the community, regardless of ability to pay, is pleased to announce the executive promotions of Tami Raznoff and Sandra Steele.

Tami Raznoff, a proven leader who has worked in Healthcare Network’s finance department for 20 years, has been promoted to chief financial officer. In her new role, Tami will oversee all financial operations for the organization including finance, billing, reporting, coding, credentialing and facilities. Additionally, she will work closely with the CEO, board of directors, organizational leaders and employees to develop financial goals to protect the organization’s assets and investments.

Tami will be assuming the role from Sandra Steele who recently accepted the newly created position of vice president of grants. Sandra, a CPA, has been with Healthcare Network for nearly thirteen years, as the chief financial officer. Sandra brings extensive grant management experience to the role and will be responsible for securing grants that will have a significant impact on Healthcare Network’s financial status. These grants will help fund annual operations, programs, special projects and capital purchases for the organization.

As Vice President of Grants, Sandra will lead the organization through the three-year HRSA Service Area Competition Grant, other supplemental funding, and manage the extensive HRSA change in scope filing process for the new Nichols Community Health Center. In this critical role, Sandra will also lead the expansion of the organization’s grant management function and work to lead and mentor others in this highly technical filed.
