Beatty, who joined Henderson Franklin in June 2003, focuses his litigation practice in business disputes, construction and lien law litigation, contract disputes, collections and foreclosures. He also has an active real estate litigation practice, handling boundary and border disputes, as well as title insurance claims. Beatty frequently speaks and writes on these matters and has authored informative posts such as “How to Pay Twice for Your Construction Project” and “What Options do Owners Have to Take Possession of Real Property in Florida?”
Off the clock, Beatty is a founding member and performer with Square One Improv, a comedy improv group performing throughout Southwest Florida. He also devotes time to his wife, children and Boy Scouts of America.
Beatty has been honored throughout his career and was selected as one of Gulfshore Business Magazine’s and Business Observer’s top 40 Under 40. He also holds the highest AV® Preeminent™ rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
