Loyalty Expo is back, and will return to the Caribe Royale in Orlando this spring. As the conference’s May 15 start date draws closer, Loyalty360 revealed three more speakers that will be speaking at this year’s show.
Acting as a keynote speaker at Loyalty Expo will be Mitch Prinstein, author of “Popular: The Power of Likability in a Status-Obsessed World.” Prinstein is the John Van Seters distinguished professor of Psychology and Neuroscience, and the director of Clinical Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prinstein will deliver a general session at the conference, as well as a special meet & greet event for Loyalty360 members in which he’ll be delivering an additional presentation and signing copies of his bestselling book. Also speaking at Loyalty Expo 2018:
- Andrea Zaretsky, Senior VP of Marketing at Toys R Us. Zaretsky is responsible for loyalty, CRM, insights & analytics at the brand. In her current role, she is focused on building customer engagement strategies for both the Babies R Us and Toys R Us brands.
- Whitney Arcaro, SVP and Managing Director of Marketing at RXR Realty. Arcaro brings over 15 years of cross-functional real estate experience. Currently serving as a Managing Director and Senior Vice President at RXR Realty, Ms. Arcaro is responsible for the growth and cohesion of the RXR brand across all business lines.
