Neal Communities is welcoming two new staff members to their teams in Estero and Naples. Steve Messenger and Lynne Marley have joined the South Region as New Home Sales Representatives. Messenger is at Estero Place, located off Three Oaks Parkway just south of Corkscrew Road in Estero, while Marley is at Avalon of Naples, a new community on Davis Boulevard just east of County Barn Road.
Messenger has been a Florida licensed real estate agent for more than 16 years. His sales experience includes positions in general real estate as well as with both regional and national new home builders. He holds the Certified New Home Sales Professional designation from the National Association of Home Builders, an MBA from Xavier University and has been recognized with top customer service and sales awards.
Marley is a multiple-year winner of the Lee Building Industry Association Pinnacle Award Sales Leader. She has been in the real estate industry for more than 24 years, starting out as an office manager and then becoming a general real estate agent in Clearwater. She has been an on-site sales associate for community developers since 1993, working mainly in the Lee and Collier county areas, and has experience in all phases of construction. Previous positions include posts with WCI, GL Homes and Stock Development.
