The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce will host the Professional Education Series, “Customer Service REINVENTED,” on Wednesday, Jan 24 at 8 a.m. The seminar will be presented by Dan Chiodo, founder of !mpact Training & Executive Coaching.
Attendees will learn about:
- Methods to conduct excellent customer service
- Techniques for dealing with Millennials and Generation Z
- Practices that can be implemented in their organization
- Ways to communicate clearly with the client
Techniques that will make their business stand out from their competition
The seminar is relevant for both profit and nonprofit organizations. Individuals and teams are encouraged to attend. Registration and a light breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m. with the program starting promptly at 8 a.m. at the Naples Chamber of Commerce, 2390 Tamiami Tr. N., Suite 210, Naples, FL 34103. The cost to attend is $25 for Chamber Members and $35 for non-members.
