Neal Communities (NealCommunities.com), Southwest Florida’s premier, private homebuilder, recently hired Michael Agins as the new vice president of sales and marketing in the company’s south region, which encompasses Lee and Collier Counties.
In his new position, Agins is responsible for all the regional sales and marketing efforts and will oversee the design team for the south region. He will have additional responsibilities in the development of condominium communities.
Agins brings over 12 years of experience working in the new home industry to Neal Communities. Previously, he worked in southwest Florida at one of America’s largest homebuilding companies, with operations in approximately 50 markets throughout the country. During his tenure there, he managed a large team of selling and administrative professionals across Lee and Collier Counties and oversaw multiple new startup projects, product launches and amenity openings.
Agins was a top performing sales consultant and was recognized as one of the top three general sales managers in the entire U.S. for the company.

Agins, who grew up in southeast Florida, earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in sales management from the University of Florida.
