Seagate CEO selected for Leadership Florida

Seagate Development Group announced CEO Matt Price has been selected from the Southwest Region for the 2019-2020 Leadership Florida Connect Class 10 Program.

Comprised of five sessions over a nine-month period in different locations throughout the State, the program focuses on key issues and opportunities that are specific to Florida, while intertwining leadership skills and development. Bringing together emerging and existing leaders from across the state, selected participants will partake in programming and learning experiences that will educate, engage and inspire them to make Florida a better place.

A University of Pennsylvania graduate, Price majored in economics and minored in real estate and urban development. After graduation, he moved to Southwest Florida and began his career as an assistant project manager in the tower division for WCI Communities. Over the course of his career, Price has held multiple positions throughout the commercial development and real estate industry including Vice President of Leasing & Property Management. In his current role as CEO of Seagate Development, he sets the vision and goals of the company, focusing on its real estate portfolio, asset management and investor relations, as well as overseeing the commercial construction, development and property management divisions.
