In the September edition of Southwest Florida Business Today® we are featuring “Made in SWFL: Manufacturing On The Rise.”
All guest columns are welcome. They run at NO CHARGE to you.
Here are the guest column guidelines:
First, we’re looking for original material. Second, it must have a local angle, should be authored locally and written for the local business owner/operator, taking an educational approach. Third, we would like a 20-30 word “mini-bio” of the author and we will print that in addition to contact information at the end of the guest column submission. If you have a headshot we can use, that would also be appreciated. The average column is around 500 words, but we are open to something more in-depth as well.
Please note the following. Guest columns run space-available. Sometimes–although rarely–they are not selected to run in the issue for which they were submitted. One does not have to be an advertiser to get a guest column published. We also run both themed and non-themed guest columns in every issue (see the 2019 Deadline Calendar at swfloridabusinesstoday.com for each month’s theme).
Deadline is 5pm Wednesday 8/14 for all guest column submissions. Please email all editorial submissions to Jacob at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Ad Deadline is 5pm Friday 8/16 for space reservations and proof ads: I can accept system ready material up till noon Monday 8/19.
