LSI Companies brokered a 46,770± sq. ft. lease in a newly constructed 114,000 square foot industrial warehouse at the Alessio Trade Center in Fort Myers. The property was leased by Eastern Metal Supply, from Alessio Lot 1 Bldg. 2. The property is located at 2551 Alessio Drive, Unit 100, Fort Myers, and includes an additional 20,250 square feet available for lease in Building 1 and suites from 6,270 to 67,230 square feet available in Building 2. The landlord was represented by Laura Cari, of LSI Companies, and the tenant was represented by Derek Bornhorst and Adam Bornhorst of CBRE.
