Neal Communities has begun development of the next phase at Coastal Key in south Fort Myers, announced Michael Greenberg, Southwest Florida Regional President. Located off Summerlin Road and Winkler Road Extension, the gated, single-family community is adjacent to Estero Bay Preserve State Park.
Land is being developed now for 36 more home sites and there will be two additional lakes. Construction on community infrastructure for this phase will begin in the next few weeks.
Coastal Key homes have tropical-island themed architecture and are available in eight, one- and two-story floor plans ranging in size from 1,772 square feet to almost 3,000 square feet under air. Most home sites have a lake or preserve view. When completed, this 48-acre, natural-gas community will have 112 single-family homes.
“Coastal Key is perfect for those looking for an intimate community setting,’” said Greenberg. “The community includes exterior maintenance and does not burden the homeowner with any CDD fees.”
Residents also can enjoy the outdoors with almost 30 acres of wetland preserve, a playground, a Bark Park and lush tropical areas with native plants.
Coastal Key is near the award-winning beaches of Sanibel and Captiva, Fort Myers Beach and Lover’s Key. Plus, with a south Fort Myers location, shopping, dining and entertainment are all nearby. Other area conveniences include Southwest Florida International Airport, HealthPark Medical Center and JetBlue Park.
The Coastal Key Sales Center is located in the Starlight model at 17841 Spanish Harbour Court, Fort Myers, FL 33908. For more information, call (239) 437-4853 or visit http://www.nealcommunities.com.
