Pulte Homes introduces luxury homes in Sawgrass Lakes neighborhood

Pulte Homes has closed on 66 single-family homesites in Sawgrass Lakes, a new luxury neighborhood in Babcock Ranch. With a gated entrance along Saw Palmetto Parkway, less than a mile from State Route 31, the enclave of 138 homes is close to the outdoor recreational amenities, parks, shopping and dining opportunities of America’s first solar-powered town.

Pulte Homes will offer a variety of thoughtful consumer-inspired homes designed for modern lifestyles, with spacious open-concept floor plans, luxury finishes and features, and an emphasis on outdoor living. Homes will provide two to six bedrooms, up to six-and-a-half bathrooms, two- and three-car garages and range from 1,850 to nearly 4,500 square feet under air. With pricing coming soon, the community will offer one- and two-story new-construction homes, along with two professionally decorated models showcasing thoughtfully curated features, finishes and design options.

“Pulte Homes is honored to be a long-time preferred building partner at Babcock Ranch and is continuing its success and meeting demand for luxury homes in the community with the introduction of Sawgrass Lakes,” said Josh Graeve, president of PulteGroup’s Southwest Florida Division. “Luxury homebuyers will discover an array of curated home designs that reflect their needs and expectations as well as the unparalleled lifestyle the sustainable town provides.”

Homebuyers will enjoy myriad opportunities to personalize their Sawgrass Lakes home by Pulte, a multi-time Florida Green Building Coalition honoree as Builder of the Year. Every Pulte home is built solid with energy efficiency and resiliency in mind, including impact-resistant windows and doors, smart-home technology, and steel-reinforced concrete construction engineered to withstand 160 mph windspeeds.

Sawgrass Lakes will offer a developer-built amenity campus and alfresco lakefront destinations, including a shade pavilion with grills, two firepits and seating, and a second shade structure with picnic tables, a playground, an all-purpose field and a trailhead connecting to Babcock Ranch’s trail network planned for over 100 miles.

The neighborhood is close to The PKWY, a collection of six themed parks, and resident-only amenities at Lake Timber Lodge and Cypress Lodge, collectively offering resort-style swimming pools, a lap pool, community rooms, a dog park, bocce courts, a tot lot and community garden. Babcock Ranch also boasts a 23-acre sports complex with softball, baseball and multipurpose fields, a state-of-the-art stadium field with a running track, and a skate park.

Sawgrass Lakes provides convenient proximity to the Publix-anchored MidTown Marketplace, now under construction. It’s also nearby Babcock Ranch’s growing commercial and entertainment hubs, including downtown Founder’s Square, The Shoppes at Yellow Pine offering national big-box stores, Crescent B Commons with a Publix, and the under-construction B Street, a vibrant walkable plaza with the first tenants expected to open in late 2026.

Babcock Ranch, located directly along S.R. 31, is a 30-minute drive to both the Southwest Florida International and Punta Gorda airports and is 10 minutes from I-75, providing access to Fort Myers and Naples to the south and Sarasota and Tampa to the north.
