Attorney joins growing Naples law office
Varnum announced Jessica Rodriguez has joined its Naples office as counsel. Rodriguez’s addition to the Naples office exemplifies Varnum’s ongoing commitment to expanding and enhancing its real estate capabilities.
With a practice focused on representing homeowners and condominium associations (HOA and COA, respectively), Rodriguez brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in litigation and other real estate disputes to the team. She enjoys assisting clients on all aspects of community association operations and governance and has a strong background handling disputes involving the enforcement of HOA and COA rules and regulations, contracts and governing documents.
