LSI brokers lease at Alessio Trade Center

LSI Companies brokered a 13,500± sq. ft. lease on columns 10-12 of a newly constructed 129,000 square foot industrial warehouse at the Alessio Trade Center in Fort Myers.

The property was leased by Florida Conquer Volleyball Club from Alessio Lot 1, LLC. The property is located at 2501 Alessio Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33905, and includes an additional 27,000 square feet available for lease on Building 1 and suites from 6,750 – 91,950 square feet available in to-be constructed Building 2, available Q4 2025.

The landlord was represented by Laura Cari, CCIM, and Harry Huether of LSI Companies Inc., and the tenant was represented by Brandon Reitz of Fathom Realty.
