Ted and Lauren Wilmering join Gulf Coast International Properties®

Ted and Lauren Wilmering form a dynamic family team with longstanding roots in the Naples community. Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Ted moved to Naples in 1979 and has been a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the state of Florida since 1983. Lauren, a native Neapolitan, has been involved in real estate since 2001 and partnered with her father Ted some years ago to form this unique partnership.

Ted’s and Lauren’s expertise covers all aspects of residential real estate in the Naples market with an emphasis on luxury, second home and investment properties. Ted’s extensive knowledge of the area along with a strong background in the construction industry coupled with Lauren’s excellent communication and organizational skills and overall experience in establishing marketing productivity have brought the team much deserved success.
