National Law Firm Quarles & Brady Names Four Naples Office Partners

The national law firm of Quarles & Brady announced that 16 attorneys across the firm have been elected new partners, effective October 1.

New Naples office partners include:

– Noel J. Davies, a member of the Real Estate & Land Use Practice Group. Davies represents developers in all facets of land development, from due diligence for acquisitions to public hearing representation, including state and local government relations with respect to site plan approvals, permitting, zoning, wetlands and environmental issues. He also has a transactional commercial and residential real estate practice, including closing and title services. He received a bachelor of music degree from the University of Florida and his juris doctor from Florida State University.
– Joseph T. Kohn, a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Kohn has experience in a wide range of matters, from representing individuals and small business owners in local real estate disputes to defending large companies in product liability and antitrust class actions. He focuses on complex real estate and business disputes, including financial services litigation, consumer protection claims and title disputes. He received a bachelor of arts from Middlebury College and a juris doctor from Fordham University.
– Keely F. Morton, a member of the Product Liability Practice Group. Morton practices in the areas of product liability, general liability, and personal injury litigation, and routinely manages matters from initial claims through trial and appeal. She has represented manufacturers of a wide range of products including motorcycles, automobiles, medical devices, plumbing products, exercise equipment, lawn mowers, diesel engines, construction equipment, and packaged beverages. She received a bachelor of science and juris doctor from the University of Florida.
– Alicia L. Taylor, a member of the Estate, Trust & Wealth Preservation Practice Group. Taylor practices in the areas of estate, tax, and business succession planning, as well as estate and trust administration. She places an emphasis on understanding her clients’ specific family circumstances to assist in identifying, prioritizing, and achieving their long-term estate planning goals. Taylor received bachelor of science, juris doctor and master of laws degrees from the University of Florida.
