ESTERO, Fla.  — The Bonita Springs-Estero Realtors recently awarded Kevin Bartlett the Excellence in Sales Award for achieving more than $20 million in sales last year.

Bartlett, 26, a native of Estero and graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, has earned numerous awards since he joined Realty World J. Pavich Real Estate as a broker associate. In 2020, Bartlett sold more than $20 million worth of real estate throughout Southwest Florida, earning more than 100 five-star reviews on the Redfin real estate network.

With $13 million in transactions in the first quarter alone, Bartlett posted the second-highest sales total at Realty World.
