Naples, FL – Healthcare Network, a nonprofit organization working to ensure primary medical care is accessible to everyone in the community, regardless of job, income or insurance status, is pleased to announce John “Trey” Fletcher has been promoted from vice president of operations to chief operating officer (COO). In his new role, Fletcher is responsible for oversight of organization wide operations, information technology, and legal affairs.

Since arriving at Healthcare Network in 2013, Fletcher has led significant change and improvement in many areas of the organization and has frequently been recognized for his remarkable performance. Fletcher has had multiple leadership positions within the organization in the areas of operations, administration, compliance, risk management, and legal.

As an executive leader, Fletcher has been instrumental in the fulfilment of several critical projects including the organization’s successful 2019 AAHC Accreditation, COVID-19 response, and the rebuilding of service lines heavily impacted by the pandemic. His strategic understanding of Healthcare Network and FQHC operations provides a huge opportunity for the organization as it continues to grow and care for the most vulnerable in our communities.

Fletcher graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s in psychology from Auburn University and Cum Laude from the University of Miami School of Law.
