Pelican Isle Yacht Club – Again Awarded Platinum Club of the World Status – Top 50 in the World

Pelican Isle Yacht Club is proud to announce that the Club has been selected again as a Platinum Club of the World! Platinum Club recognition is the most prestigious award in the Private Club industry. Pelican Isle Yacht Club is recognized internationally in the 2022-2023 top 50 Yacht Club Category.

Initiated in 2013, the Platinum Clubs of the World vote takes place every other year and is conducted through a worldwide vote of an international panel of industry experts, historians and connoisseurs. These industry leaders were directed to vote for Clubs that meet the seven Platinum Clubs of the World Selection Criteria.

The Advisory Board reviews and updates the selection criteria on an annual basis to respond to changing trends in private club leadership, operations and management. Listed below are seven criteria for a Club to be considered for selection as a Platinum Club of the World:
