Cypress Cove Promotes Key Positions From Within Company
FORT MYERS, Fla.- Cypress Cove is pleased to announce the promotions of Matt Lessig, skilled nursing facility administrator of The Lodge at Cypress Cove, and Tily Sayeh, administrator-in-training, for advancing to the next level of their careers at Cypress Cove.

Matt Lessig
Lessig’s new position will be associate executive director, where he will have direct supervision of operations in the skilled nursing, memory care, and assisted living areas, and will also work on projects and other assignments to assist the executive director. This is a new position for Cypress Cove, necessitated by tremendous growth over the last few years.

Tily Sayeh
Sayeh has successfully completed the rigorous administrator-in-training program through the Florida Board of Nursing Home Administrators and will assume the role of assistant skilled nursing facility administrator. She is the first to complete such a program at Cypress Cove, and Lessig served as her preceptor. In her new role, Sayeh will oversee compliance with all regulatory agencies and be responsible for the overall management of The Lodge at Cypress Cove.
“We are delighted that both amazing professionals chose to grow their careers here at Cypress Cove,” said Executive Director Mary Franklin. “In fact, Tily Sayeh started working here at age 16 in dining services and is a former Cypress Cove scholarship recipient.”
Both Lessig and Sayeh are involved in the Florida Health Care Association (FHCA). Lessig currently serves as District 16 president. Sayeh is a member of the current FHCA Florida Leaders Program.
