Attorney Beth A. Prather has joined Green Schoenfeld & Kyle LLP, a law firm specializing in estate and business planning, probate, elder law and corporate law.
With almost 30 years of legal experience, Prather’s areas of expertise include elder law, estate planning, probate, guardianship, Medicaid and VA benefits. Prior to joining the firm, she managed her own elder law practice. She currently serves as secretary of the Southwest Florida Chapter of the Florida State Guardianship Association. Prather also serves on the board of The Heights Foundation and the Area Agency on Aging in Southwest Florida.
