Seagate Hires Human Resources Manager

FORT MYERS, Fla. — Seagate Development Group has welcomed Jill Ramirez to the growing company as Human Resources Manager. In addition to developing and executing organizational human resources strategies, Jill will oversee the recruitment of new talent, streamline employee relations and benefits programs, and implement culture-defining policies.

With a bachelor’s degree in business administration and almost 20 years of experience in employee development and management, Jill specializes in workflow-improvement policies, human resources laws, and troubleshooting in challenging and competitive environments. She is also working toward her master’s degree in human resource management. Prior to joining Seagate, Jill honed her human resources leadership skills at the Lee County Board of County Commissioners, the City of Cape Coral, and Pulte Homes.
