John Nicola with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital LLC has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Office Manager for their Naples, Florida office.

The Naples office recently relocated back to Naples from Bonita Springs with its new address of 801 Laurel Oak Drive, Suite 200 in the Truist Building in Pelican Bay.

Ed Tamer will continue to service all of his clients and source new business in both New York and Florida. We thank him for his outstanding leadership and guidance throughout the years and we look forward to his continued contributions to the success of the Naples office for many years to come.
