Now more than ever, technology is changing almost daily. It seems that as soon as you purchase “the latest thing”–it’s already obsolete. Especially this past year—right?                                                                                                             
To address these rapid technological advances Southwest Florida Business Today (SWFBT) is dedicating its April FocusFeature to this theme, “SWFL’s Technology Update.” So share with us your business/industry’s latest technological updates, maybe because of or accelerated by recent disasters, and how they affected your business here locally. There is no charge for these guest column submissions: they run space-available, advertisers receive top priority, but you don’t have to be an advertiser to get published.   
  
This special section gives you the forum to reach 50,000 local business owner and professional readers, both online and in-print–circulated throughout Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples–with your business technology story. 

SWFBT Technology Update  Guest column guidelines are as follows. First, we’re looking for original material. Second, it must have a local angle and educate the business owner/operator;  not promote your business. Third, we would like a 20-30 word “mini-bio” of the author and we will print that in addition to contact information. If you have a headshot we can use, that would also be appreciated. The average column is around 500 words, but we are open to something more in-depth as well. Guest column submissions are due by 5pm Wed. 3/8. Please send all editorial submissions to [email protected] . 
 
Ad prices and sizes are as follows:
 
Full page: $809 (10 in wide by 16 in high) 
Half page: $529 (10 in wide by 8 in high or 5 in wide by 16 in high) 
Quarter page: $389 (10 in wide by 4 in high or 5 in wide by 8 in high) 
Eighth page: $269 (5 in wide by 4 in high or 2.5 in wide by 8 in high) 
Sixteenth page: $139 (6.5 in wide by 2 in high or 3.25 in wide by 4 in high) 
Add color to the above ads for $85.
Business Card Ad: 3.25 in. wide by 2 in. high for $70. Add 4-color for an additional $50.
