EHC pioneers new projects and celebrates success of recent completions
EHC Inc., a construction company that provides pre-construction, earthwork, and infrastructure services, announced involvement in three groundbreaking projects: Cape Coral UEP North 1, The Shoppes at Naples Square, and Naples Beach Club Market Square & Conference. Additionally, EHC celebrated the completion of several prominent projects: E1R65 State Road 82, Florida SUNTrail, County Roads 833, 835 and 846, Punta Gorda Airport Runway 4-22 and Wetlands Mitigation Phase 2, and T1834 State Road 93.
New Projects:
Cape Coral Utility Expansion Project North 1
EHC has been selected to take part in the Cape Coral UEP North 1 project provided by Denco, in Cape Coral. As part of this venture, EHC will demolish roads ahead of and rebuild the roads after Denco installs new sanitary sewer lines. EHC will also be responsible for miscellaneous grading on the project. This project aligns with the site construction’s commitment to improving local infrastructure while providing innovative solutions for the city’s development.
The Shoppes at Naples Square
The site construction company announced involvement in The Shoppes at Naples Square, situated on 12th Street South in Naples. Working alongside The Ronto Group, EHC will provide road improvements on 12th Street South including underdrain system, traffic rated road pavers, sidewalks, underground drainage as well as sanitary sewer, water and fire line to future development on the corner of 12th Street and 3rd Avenue. EHC is dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship, meeting construction deadlines, and ensuring the success of the retail destination.
Naples Beach Club Market Square & Conference
EHC is part of the Naples Beach Club Market Square & Conference project with DeAngelis Diamond and will work on the initial phase of Deep Foundation excavation and grade prep for the new construction. This venture showcases EHC’s proficiency in efficiently completing multifaceted projects with precision, while upholding our commitment to environmental sustainability.
Completed Projects:
E1R65 State Road 82
EHC celebrates completion of the E1R65 SR82 project in Collier County, provided by Ajax Paving. The project involved mobilization, clear and grub, excavation, embankment, and stabilization for over three miles from Gator Slough Drive to Satte Road 29.
Florida SUNTrail
The Florida SUNTrail, with the City of Cape Coral, included construction of a 12-foot-wide multi-use trail, a pedestrian bridge, roadway widening, drainage improvements and utility relocations. The completion of this project promotes outdoor recreation opportunities and improves the transportation infrastructure in the area.
Safety Improvements of County Roads 833, 835 and 846
EHC has completed safety improvements on County Roads 833, 835 and 846 in Labelle. The project services were excavation, guardrail and sign removal/installation, and embankment stabilization. These improvements enhance transportation safety and infrastructure in Hendry County.
Punta Gorda Airport Runway 4-22 and Wetlands Mitigation Phase 2
Located in Punta Gorda, the project with services rendered by EHC included mobilization, clear and grub, grading, excavation, asphalt removal, limerock base, sodding and topsoiling. The team worked diligently to ensure the successful execution of the project, meeting all quality and safety standards.
T1834 State Road 93
This roadway improvement project aimed to widen State Road No. 93 (Interstate-75) from Toll Booth to Collier Boulevard, as well as to improve drainage, milling and resurfacing, and signing. EHC worked with Ajax Paving for the duration of the project.
