Suffolk wins ULI Project of the Year for Sunseeker Resort

Suffolk was recently honored by Urban Land Institute Southwest Florida at its inaugural 2024 Vision Awards event, where members of the Suffolk Gulf Coast Office team accepted the Project of the Year Award for their work on Sunseeker Resort in Port Charlotte.
The annual ULI Southwest Florida Vision Awards recognize top leaders and outstanding projects in the region, showcasing those that exemplify ULI’s commitment to responsible land use and development.
