LSI Companies, brokered a 195± acre mixed-use property in Punta Gorda for $17,850,000. The property was acquired by a New York-based developer from KLAS, Etcetera, and DA Port Charlotte Holdings, & NTA Holdings, & TA Kings Highway & ATM II. The property is located at 175 Kings Highway, in Punta Gorda. The deal was brokered by William Rollins and Christi Pritchett of LSI Companies.
