Angeli Chin hired as director of fundraising at Donna J. Beasley Technical Academy

Ronald Renna, executive director of the Donna J. Beasley Technical Academy located in Lehigh Acres, is pleased to announce Angeli Chin as the school’s new Director of Fundraising and Grants.

Chin will work with the school and community to set and achieve relationship, fundraising, and expansion goals, specifically focusing on adding new programs, building expansion, and additional support.

“At Donna J. Beasley Technical Academy, our mission is to support students in achieving their high school diploma and to prepare them for college and career success through an individually paced, technology-based, flexibly scheduled program,” says Renna.

Chin, originally from New York, has been a resident of Fort Myers for over 20 years. She has a background in fundraising, project management, and marketing. She has earned several postgraduate degrees from New York University, Southwest Florida College, Strayer University, and Full Sail University, which utilizes interactive media for presentations, marketing, and training.

Chin is excited to be a part of Donna J. Beasley Technical Academy and looks forward to their continued expansion. “I am extremely pleased and grateful for my position with Donna J. Beasley Technical Academy. The environment in which we work is one of a collaborative team effort, with many excellent and diverse skills all aimed to provide our students with the best possible solutions for college and career opportunities.
