Justin Thibaut and Christi Pritchett recognized as CoStar Power Broker Award winners

CoStar Group, a provider of commercial real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces, announced the CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winners for the second quarter of 2024.

Justin Thibaut and Christi Pritchett of LSI Companies, came out on top of the list of winners for the SWFL market, Top Sale Deal, for the closing of a 110,000± sq. ft. higher education facility in Fort Myers, for $28,600,000.

The winners of the CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals are determined by the top deals executed every quarter based on price and square footage.
