Stevens Construction expands Fort Myers project management team

Stevens Construction has expanded Fort Myers operations with the addition of project managers Logan Holley and Theo Schimper, announced Daniel Adams, executive vice president and partner.
Holley brings eight years of construction experience, previously working for Junea Construction Company, where he earned multiple promotions and ultimately served as project manager. During his tenure, he completed $150M of construction in the Atlanta market, which included a $62M mixed use project completed in 20 months. Holley is a civil engineering graduate from The University of Alabama, where he earned the prestigious Edgar Boyd Kay and George J. Davis Awards.
As project manager, Holley will have overall responsibility for the management and execution of commercial and health care projects during construction, maintaining the budget, schedule and quality objectives established in preconstruction.

Theo Schimper
With 11 years of experience, Schimper has a demonstrated background in project management and preconstruction, specializing in aviation, industrial and commercial projects. His previous roles include serving as project manager for The Hertz Corporation, where he successfully led multiple nationwide projects. Additionally, he served four years with the Marine Corps Reserve, focusing on satellite communications.
Schimper joins Stevens Construction’s special projects division, where he will lead projects under $1.5M, ensuring budget, schedule and quality goals are achieved.
