Christopher J. Smith named Top Lawyer 2024

PRS conducts peer-review surveys of professionals to all certified lawyers practicing in Collier and Lee counties. The list was published in the September 2024 issue of Naples Illustrated. This comprehensive survey received thousands of votes, celebrating excellence across various practice domains. Inclusion in the list is solely determined by lawyer’s reputation within their peer community. Attorneys who received the highest number of votes were included in the list of 273 recipients in Southwest Florida.

Smith joined the firm in 2007 after receiving his law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2007. He became a partner in 2011 and a managing partner in 2018. He has AV Preeminent rating through Martindale-Hubbell, is Florida Board Certified in civil trial, is an Eagle Member for the Florida Justice Association and is a Florida Super Lawyer. Additionally, Smith was president of the American Board of Trial Advocates in 2023.
