Victor Rentas named director of facilities for Vineyards Country Club

Vineyards Country Club has announced the appointment of Victor (Vic) Rentas as director of facilities for the community’s country club. 

“Vic’s leadership in this newly established position will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and quality of our facility operations.” said Vineyards Country Club Chief Operating Officer Paul Malonson. “His experience in building and leading high-performance teams will greatly contribute to our ongoing mission of providing an outstanding experience for members and guests.”

Rentas has more than 25 years of experience in hospitality and facility management, and contract negotiation. Throughout his career, he has overseen facilities in fast-paced environments, managing mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems, capital planning and preventive and reparative maintenance. He is skilled in identifying areas for improvement, developing strategic action plans and implementing solutions to reduce costs and streamline processes.
