SWFBT CRE Special 2025 Ad Rates
As you may know, SWFBT has been publishing its monthly “Commercial RE Update” for the past TEN years! It is a snapshot of commercial real estate trends and topics in Southwest Florida. The next issue deadlines for editorial content 5pm Wed. April 9 and ad space and proof 5pm Fri. April 11. System ready ad material is due by noon Mon. April 14.
Both free and paid marketing opportunities are available. Free editorial content includes your guest column submission and press releases.
Guest column guidelines are as follows. First, we’re looking for original material. Second, it should be educational in approach and not ABOUT your business. Third, we would like a 20-30 word “mini-bio” of the author (or the company) and we will print that in addition to contact information (no websites, please). If you have a headshot we can use, that would also be appreciated. The guest column should be around 500 words. Please send your guest column submission to [email protected]. It is due by 5pm Wed. April 9. As always, you do not have to advertise to get published. Regular advertisers receive priority.

Quarter page: $490, normally $690 (10 in wide by 4 in high or 5 in wide by 8 in high)
Eighth page: $335, normally $495 (5 in wide by 4 in high or 2.5 in wide by 8 in high)
Sixteenth page: $190 normally $290 (5 in wide by 2 in high or 2.5 in wide by 4 in high)
