Adam Palmer named 2025 ConnectCRE Top Broker

Connect CRE has recognized Adam Palmer, CCIM, SIOR, Principal and Managing Director of LQ Commercial, as one of its 2025 Top Brokers in the Florida & Gulf Coast Region—a honor awarded to industry leaders who exemplify excellence in deal-making and market expertise.

While many honorees operate in major metro markets like Miami, Tampa, or Orlando, Palmer’s recognition is notable because it was earned right here in the rapidly growing Southwest Florida metro. Among the year’s highlights: representing both parties of a $92.5-million industrial sale— a historic milestone in Southwest Florida’s commercial real estate market.
