Founders Square adds Roadies Pit Stop and Panda Express
Founders Square is excited to announce the addition of two new tenants; Roadies Pit Stop and Panda Express. Both establishments will be located on outparcels on the southeast corner of Immokalee Road.
Roadies Pit Stop is a drive-thru-only coffee shop offering functional and natural coffee beverages, high-energy performance beverages, and a variety of herbal teas. Located next to Kelly’s Roast Beef, Roadie’s Pit Stop recently held its grand opening. Eric Strom at Trinity Commercial Group helped to broker the deal.
Panda Express, a leading fast-casual American Chinese restaurant with 2,400 locations nationwide will occupy a standalone building on an outparcel next to Roadies Pit Stop. The fast casual restaurant chain will bring its popular menu that emphasizes quality and freshness while prioritizing convenience to the Founders Square community.
“We are excited to have Panda Express join Founders Square. They are one of the fastest growing and most successful restaurant groups in the country and will be a great addition to the extensive list of existing Founders Square restaurants,” said Rod Castan, President of Barron Collier Investment Partners. Rebecca Hallum of Hallum Realty Advisors represented Panda Express in the transaction.
Founders Square is nearing full capacity with just one vacant out parcel remaining. The mixed-use retail center is a joint venture between Metro Commercial Development Group and Barron Collier Companies. Located at Immokalee Road and Collier Boulevard the development includes Tacos & Tequila, Outback Steakhouse, Oar & Iron, Restore Health & Wellness, Kelly’s Roast Beef, 7-Eleven, Lake Park Diner, Crisp & Green, and more.
