Prime Social Reserve names general manager, executive chef to lead new restaurant on Fifth Avenue South in Naples
Cameron Mitchell Restaurants has selected a pair of culinary visionaries who have elevated the fine dining experience in Naples to lead its next venture on Fifth Avenue South, Prime Social Reserve.
Rick Giannasi and Alejandra Bringas, currently general manager and executive chef at Del Mar Naples, have been named to similar roles at Prime Social Reserve, a new VIP dining concept debuting this fall in Naples. Prime Social is an exclusive dining, lounge and rooftop experience available by reservation only through VIP access plans.
“We are setting a new standard for the Naples dining scene with Fifth Avenue’s first experiential, rooftop dining experience,” said David Miller, president and COO, Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. “There is no better way to do that than with two familiar faces on Fifth at the helm. Both Rick Giannasi and Chef Alejandra Bringas bring the highest level of hospitality, culinary expertise and passion for people to the table, and we are thrilled to have these seasoned professionals taking the lead roles at Prime Social Reserve.”

Giannasi, a former actor, has worked in the restaurant industry for more than 40 years. He has been with Cameron Mitchell Restaurants since 2007. His tenure began as a mixologist at Ocean Prime Orlando, followed by his role as a corporate bar trainer, where he played an integral part in the successful openings of several new Ocean Prime locations across the country. He later advanced to serve as general manager of Ocean Prime Naples in 2016 before being named general manager of Del Mar Naples in 2021.
“Proudly having been a part of the hugely successful opening and operating of two of Cameron Mitchell Restaurants’ fine restaurants on Fifth Avenue since 2016, I am excited to have been given the opportunity to embark on yet another adventure of ours, Prime Social Reserve, this fall,” said Giannasi. “For certain, this will be an elevated and unique experience!”

Alejandra Bringas
Bringas earned a degree in hospitality management at the Columbus Culinary Institute and began her professional career with Cameron Mitchell Restaurants in 2015 at The Pearl in Columbus, Ohio. She transferred to Ocean Prime Dallas and later served as lead trainer when Ocean Prime Naples opened in 2016. Bringas was a sous chef at Ocean Prime Naples before accepting the executive chef position in 2021 at Prime Social in Kansas City. Two years later, she returned to Southwest Florida as executive chef at Del Mar Naples and was featured by Gulfshore Life as a leading female chef redefining Southwest Florida’s culinary scene.
In addition to Giannasi and Bringas, Cameron Mitchell Restaurants has named Raelene De Luca to the leadership team as VIP access manager and concierge at Prime Social Reserve.
