CRA Update/Listening Session for Dr. MLK Redevelopment Area

The Fort Myers Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) will hold a listening session to engage community members on the future of the CRA’s Dr. MLK Area on Thursday, August 7 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The free workshop will take place at the Quality Life Center of SWFL, 3210 Dr Martin Luther King, Jr Blvd. in Fort Myers.
“Over the past year we held numerous input sessions for the community to become involved and make their voices heard about shaping the future of the MLK Area,” said Michele Hylton- Terry, executive director of the Fort Myers CRA. “Participants helped prioritize what matters most to our residents and businesses and learned how redevelopment decisions are made and funds are distributed. Now we want to share with them the results and the next steps.”
