In this position, Trombly will oversee the company’s Maintenance Division and lead its Regional Operations Leaders (ROLs), driving operational excellence and supporting continued growth across Florida.

Trombly brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the landscape industry. Over the past four years, he successfully led Down To Earth’s largest region, where he demonstrated a proven ability to build and guide high-performing teams. His track record and deep expertise uniquely position him to elevate operational standards and strengthen alignment across the organization.
