The Housing Alliance expands HELP Housing Navigator Team
The Housing Alliance, a non-profit organization that provides information, education and advocacy for accessing and developing attainable housing solutions in Collier County, announced its affiliate HELP (Housing. Education. Lending Program.) has expanded the Housing Navigator Program with the addition of two new team members.
Raymond Sanfiel joined the team as a bi-lingual, HUD-certified Housing Navigator in the HELP Immokalee Satellite Office which opened in May of 2025. Ray has more than 10 years of experience in social services having previously worked with nonprofit organizations in Texas and Nevada to assist refugees with their housing needs for their first year in the U.S. He moved to Florida in 2019 to join Habitat for Humanity of Collier County as a bilingual Family Services Advisor.
Elizabeth Radi serves as a HELP Workforce and Senior Housing Advocate. In this role, she manages inquiries, provides referrals for community assistance, acts as a liaison for program partners and tracks unit availability. Prior to joining The Housing Alliance, Elizabeth served as one of the Lead Advocates for the Collier County Tenants Union where she served as a spokesperson and vocal advocate for affordable, workforce and senior housing. After Hurricane Ian, she served as a Disaster Case Manager for Saint Vincent DePaul Disaster Services, where she partnered with Local, State and Federal agencies to help Collier residents recover. She also has administrative and direct mental health care experience in inpatient and outpatient treatment settings as well as private duty end of life homecare for seniors with dementia.
