Better Buildings announces new certified general contractor license for Richards

Better Buildings announced Vice President and owner, Jeanette Dean Richards, has received her Florida Certified General Contractor license.

Richards has been a senior leader and owner of Better Buildings, Inc. for more than 25 years, leading this woman owned contracting business alongside President Jeff Richards to expand the company’s commercial contracting and design-build services. With this new license, she will serve as General Contractor on projects throughout Southwest Florida and beyond, supporting the firm’s continued growth in steel building construction, interior buildouts, repairs, and turnkey commercial work.

This milestone reinforces Better Buildings, Inc.’s long-standing commitment to delivering projects with in-house expertise while maintaining the “family first” corporate culture established at the firm’s inception.
