Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida welcomes three new physicians

Physicians’ Primary Care of Southwest Florida, one of the region’s largest independent multispecialty primary care medical groups, has expanded its adult medicine division with three new physicians: Dr. Caroline Hage Rouzeau, Dr. Noor M. Yassine, and Dr. Julia Belanger.
Caroline Hage Rouzeau, MD, brings extensive experience in family medicine. She earned her medical degree from Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in the Dominican Republic and completed her family medicine residency at Northwell Health in Bayshore, New York. Dr. Rouzeau is fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole. She practices at Fort Myers Adult Medicine.
Noor M. Yassine, D.O., is a board-certified family medicine physician. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from LECOM College of Osteopathic Medicine in Bradenton, and completed her family medicine residency at A.T. Still University OPTI – Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, Missouri. Her clinical background includes experience at Harvard Medical School and a published study on cardiovascular genetics in frontiers in physiology. Dr. Yassine is bilingual in English and Arabic and passionate about preventive care. She practices at Fort Myers Adult Medicine.
Julia Belanger, MD, joins PPC with more than a decade of experience in primary care. A graduate of The American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, she completed her residency at Florida Hospital Center for Family Medicine in Winter Park. She is passionate about empowering patients through education and preventive care. Dr. Belanger practices at Cape Family Medicine.
