Premier Cardiology Care acquires $1.58 million medical office

Mike Rivera of Saggio Realty  announced the successful sale of four office condominiums located at 13450 Parker Commons Blvd, Fort Myers. The transaction, which closed and finalized in early January 2026, totaled $1,580,000.

Mike Rivera represented the buyer, Highpoint Real Estate FL, an entity associated with Premier Cardiology Care. Led by Board Certified Cardiologist Dr. Turalic, the practice specializes in personalized cardiovascular disease management. The acquisition of the 4,683 square-foot facility marks a strategic expansion for the group, allowing them to scale their operations and enhance patient services to meet growing community demand.

The seller, Currency Commerce, was represented by Brock Rassmusan, Gary Barlow at Lee & Associates.

Following the acquisition, the new ownership will occupy half of the footprint while offering Units 103 and 104 for lease. These units comprise 2,343 square-foot of turn-key medical space, fully equipped with exam rooms and sinks, providing an immediate opportunity for a complementary healthcare provider to establish a presence in a prime medical corridor.
