Bruce Green Law Firm adds Aglaë S. Van den Bergh as of counsel
Bruce Green Law Firm has expanded its legal team with the addition of Aglaë S. Van den Bergh, who joins the firm as of counsel.
Van den Bergh, who goes by “Aggie,” is a Florida-licensed attorney and will now provide legal support and counsel to the firm’s clients as of Jan. 16. As of counsel, she will work in collaboration with the firm while maintaining an independent practice.
Van den Bergh focuses her practice on estate planning, corporate law and probate. Prior to joining Bruce Green Law Firm, she served as an attorney with Green Schoenfeld & Kyle. Earlier in her career, she worked as a litigation associate for a multinational law firm, where she handled complex commercial litigation, medical malpractice defense, real estate litigation, and real estate and corporate transactional matters.
She also previously represented the State of Hawaii as a staff attorney, prosecuting consumer protection and professional licensing enforcement cases. Following law school, Van den Bergh served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edwin C. Nacino at the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii.
Van den Bergh is a member of The Florida Bar and the Hawaii State Bar Association. In 2018, she was recognized by the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii’s Pro Bono Committee for successfully representing an indigent client in a human rights prisoner case. She was recognized with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Elder Law in 2015.
“Adding Aggie to our practice strengthens the depth and versatility of our firm,” said Bruce Green, founder of Bruce Green Law Firm. “Her broad litigation background and focus on estate and corporate matters are a valuable asset to our clients.”
