Christopher Alan Homes has promoted Kristine Smale to executive vice president of revenue and strategy. In her new role, Smale plays a key part in guiding the company’s growth and strategic initiatives as Christopher Alan Homes continues to expand its footprint and evaluate opportunities in new markets.

Smale joined Christopher Alan Homes in 2024 as vice president of land acquisition and development. With nearly 20 years of experience in real estate, market analysis and development strategy, she has been instrumental in supporting the company’s long term vision and positioning Christopher Alan Homes for continued, thoughtful growth. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and marketing from the University of Iowa.

Smale is actively engaged in industry leadership at the local, state and national levels. She currently serves as chair of ULI Southwest Florida and participates on Urban Land Institute product councils at both the state and national levels, contributing to conversations shaping development trends and best practices across the country. She also serves as president of the Real Estate Investment Society of Southwest Florida, reflecting her deep involvement in the region’s real estate community and her commitment to advancing thoughtful growth.
